  • know what they can do to provide a safe environment for other non-gang affiliated students.

  • the reason for gang prevalence in their school.
  • why students feel the need to join such violent and pretentious groups and be able to guide those students toward positive choices.
 

and Be Able To

  • identify the warning signs of students who have become involved in gang activity.
  • proactively present local news and information to their students in a way that is not threatening and productive.
