How
to Get an Official Transcript:
Please Note: This process is changed effective June 2008
Within a month after you have completed a course, you will receive a grade report in the mail. Some school districts will accept the grade report as proof of credit. If necessary, you may also order your official transcript.
Beginning June 2008, you will be able to order, track and pay for transcript requests online through the National Student Clearinghouse. Please make sure that your grade has been posted before you place an order. The cost of a transcript is still $10. The rush fee of $15 will no longer be available as your requests will be processed within 2-3 days if your grades were posted. To order official student transcripts, visit www.getmytranscript.com. Follow the links to "Order or Track a Transcript" and complete the items required to order and pay for a transcript. Tracking an existing order may be viewed from this site.
Chapman University issues Official transcripts only with a signed permission from the owner of the record. For your convenience, a one-time consent form to release your transcript will be generated for your order that you can return by fax, mail, or as a scanned email attachment.
