General Information

  1. Before registering, please obtain a prior approval from your district office / Board of Education, etc. for all in-service and graduate level courses.
  2. Your PayPal receipt also serves as your confirmation that you are registered in a course(s). A copy should be printed for your records.
  3. New York City teachers must take courses for graduate level credit in order to obtain and submit an official Chapman University transcript to the NYC D.O.E.
  4. Pennsylvania teachers must take graduate level credits in in order to submit an official Chapman University transcript to the P.D.E. for Act 48 credits. Click here for detailed information, (Act 48).
  5. Students registered for online classes will receive an email on the start date of their class, with their username and password required for login, and can begin their class promptly on the start date.
  6. Students taking a class for Graduate level credit will automatically be mailed a complimentary grade report from Chapman University approximately 2 weeks from the course end date.
  7. Chapman University transcripts can be requested from the home page of our website or use www.getmytranscript.com to order your official transcript approximately 3 weeks after the course end date.
  8. A certificate of completion for in-service credit will be mailed/provided to each participant in duplicate when all course requirements are fulfilled after the end date of the class.
  9. Switching your registration from graduate to in-service is not permissible, but switching from in-service to graduate may be done prior to the start date or with in two weeks after the course has started.
  10. All courses are 3 credits / 45 hours, whether taken for graduate level or in-service credit.
  11. All graduate course numbers will be available on our website.
  12. Participants are responsible for any bank charges due to returned checks.
  13. You can now register and pay online by credit card using our website!
